The Facility Administrator will act under the direction of the Executive Director and VP of Operations. The FA will see that the facility meets or exceeds State, Federal, and Accreditation requirements and maintains compliance with all service contracts. The FA will be responsible for the goals and objectives being met as set forth by the Executive Director. The FA will be expected to be on call and work any shift as needed to provide leadership to the staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Oversees recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
· Oversees the daily workflow of the facility.
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
· Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Assist in the assurance that Wayne Halfway House, Inc. maintains compliance with all contracts and State and Federal guidelines.
· Act as a community liaison and representative of Wayne Halfway House, Inc.
· Participate in the review and implementation of company Policies and Procedures.
· Assist in the daily operation of Wayne Halfway House.
· Attend administrative meetings as requested.
· Assure that all applicable Policies and Procedures are followed accordingly.
· Participate in the PQI program as requested.
· Will work in conjunction with the Human Resources department on staffing and personnel decisions.
· Responsible for overseeing the physical condition of the facility, including maintaining standards of all State and Federal Codes.
· Oversee all disciplinary decisions with residents.
· Responsible for all aspects of the program and keeping it in compliance with the contracts and State and Federal guidelines.
· Demonstrate competence in cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity.
· Participate and give feedback on quarterly and annual risk management reviews and reports.
· Assure that staff is carrying out their job responsibilities in a professional manner and holding the staff under them accountable when applicable.
· Any other job-related duty that may be given by the Executive Director.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a social science or social work field of study.
· Three years experience in mental health treatment of children/youth or operational experience is strongly preferred.
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. Must pass a drug screen and a Level 2 background check and maintain eligibility for continued employment.
