Job Summary: As an Assistant Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Banquet Manager in coordinating and supervising all banquet events. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction are met. You will be a key player in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing all banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are attended to.

Qualifications:
