Responsibilities:
· Import and post services that the technician performed.
· Update equipment information on the customer’s account
· Assist the Service Department with follow-ups.
· Check for open work orders on a weekly basis.
· Assist with registering new equipment for new installations as needed & updating accounts.
· Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Assess the situation and prioritize calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have good communication skills.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Process customer payments, maintain customer account records, and prepare documentation on installation and service orders.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Billing/Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Team player with critical thinking.
- Upbeat positive attitude along with phone skills.
- High School diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a Drug Screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
