The ideal candidate has previous Business Development experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, and great communication skills. Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a strong sales aptitude.
We are looking for candidates who have phone skills to schedule appointments! You must have experience in Customer interaction and a pleasant phone demeanor.
Responsibilities for the Business Development Representative :
- Initiate both warm and cold outbound calls to potential clients, creating opportunities for new business growth.
- Research, curate, and develop targeted prospect lists. Execute well-planned marketing campaigns to boost KPI's.
- Identify, qualify, and successfully convert leads into potential clients.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Present product or service information to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Follow up with leads and skillfully schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software to meticulously track and report on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in business development.
- Be a Communication Rockstar: Positive phone presence, active listening, strong writing, and presentations are your jam.
- Master the Sales Hustle: You crush cold outreach, craft killer cadences, and multitask like a boss.
- Coachable and Curious: You're eager to learn, intrinsically motivated, and excel with organization and time management.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems is a plus.

Base Salary + Commissions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
