**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of candidates and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
**Duties:**
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Utilize social media management tools for recruitment purposes
- Collaborate on succession planning initiatives
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in recruiting or a related field
- Familiarity with technical recruiting processes
- Strong ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent employee relations skills
