The front desk lead position is responsible for coordinating patient services, interpreter services, front desk staff, and other related tasks at and affecting the front desks at People’s Center. This role is based in Minneapolis, in a community clinic serving patients from diverse backgrounds and cultural experiences. Comfortable working with OCHIN Epic, or able to quickly learn (training is provided)

Educational Requirements

Over two years’ experience in same or similar role

At least a High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficient experience in use of computer software (Microsoft)

Proficient critical thinking skills and experience

Ability to support the role of the Director of Patient Experience
