Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as needed - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and entertainment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred - Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an asset - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk tasks We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our employees.
