The Position of the Territory Manager is an integral part of serving the customers’ needs at one of the most needed times in a lifetime in a fast-paced industry, caring for their most cherished items while maintaining the professional face of the company to the client and referral sources. The area to be serviced will be the Northwest Atlanta Metro Market and the surrounding communities.

- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and increase sales within assigned territory.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and account management.
- Identify new sales opportunities and pursue leads to generate revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Utilize Proven Job Management and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in the restoration industry.
- Strong business development and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
- Technical sales knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
