What you’ll do:
The Payroll Customer Service Representative provides payroll support for Lifepoint Health’s Payroll Department, supporting more than 34,000 staff. This position will answer payroll-related questions and process requests received from our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain electronic employee records in payroll system such as (uniform, café), W-4 Federal and State withholding forms, ACH direct deposit updates, completing several types of verification of employment.
- Respond to email inquiries regarding payroll-related questions.
- Review and provide a solution for case tickets submitted via ticketing system - Payroll Customer Support Inbox.
- Escalate tickets when necessary.
- Answer W-2 hotline calls and deliver information during tax season.
- Work with internal and external areas to help resolve payroll issues.
- Support Payroll and Operations as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma/GED required
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources with general knowledge of Payroll policies, procedures, and Department of Labor (DOL) compliance requirements.
