We're Launching a Hospice Agency and seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership flair, a knack for innovation, and a heart for hospice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our highly-engaged medical director to establish and maintain exemplary standards of care.
- Oversee the agency's initial licensing, certification, and accreditation processes, laying the foundation for our agency's success.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring our services are delivered with the highest quality and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and lead an interdisciplinary team (IDT) fostering a culture of professionalism, compassion, and excellence in end-of-life care.
- Develop strong relationships with community healthcare providers and stakeholders to support the growth and reputation of our hospice services.
We're Looking For:
- An RN with an active license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and/or Healthcare Administration.
- A leader with a proven track record in healthcare management, ideally in hospice or palliative care, who is motivated by the challenges and rewards of a startup environment.
- Leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams, coupled with a strategic mindset for growth and quality improvement.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with team members, patients, and families alike.
- A deep commitment to enhancing end-of-life care, underpinned by values of respect, dignity, and compassion.
