Location: Brentwood, CA
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Yearly Performance Bonus + Benefits

Client Engagement Manager Description
Our client in the technology industry is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to add to their team in Brentwood, CA. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing the existing client base and managing their projects through completion. Our client is looking for someone who is extremely organized, detailed, customer-centric, and an effective communicator. A successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, have a history of customer retention, and have a proven track record of success upselling current clients. This is a great opportunity to join a small but stable company and travel the Bay Area supporting your clients.
Client Engagement Manager Responsibilities
- Maintain strong working relationships with 40+ customer accounts
- Ensure timely communication with customers
- Represent customers’ interests to third party
- Work cross-functionally with the Design Manager, Testing Coordinator, and Engineers
- Ensure engineering projects are completed on time, accurately and profitably
- Review Daily Reports from the field team for accuracy and resolve any conflicts
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow processes
- Assist Account Executives in new client acquisition
- Track all billable work and invoice it to customers
- Renew contracts and work for current customers yearly
Client Engagement Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Account OR Project Management experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience working with contractors, developers, or building owners required
- Ability to travel to meet customers around the San Fransisco Bay area required
