TRC is searching for experienced BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative to join our client in the Dunwoody, GA area!
Established in the United States over 42 years ago, this company carries more than 1.5 billion people vertically, diagonally, and horizontally using elevators, escalators and moving walks. This role specifically is in their 24/7 Emergency Response Call Center, and they are looking for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills to join their team. This position requires candidates to be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including working weekends and holidays when needed.

$21/hour base pay rate WITH pay bonuses (Up to $5 per hour) for certain shifts

Must be BILINGUAL (English and Spanish)
Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to external and internal customers placing or inquiring about service requests

Contact customers and communicate details of service request

Receive inbound calls from elevators for emergency response situations

Gather complete and accurate information regarding customer location and emergency contacts
Schedule:
-
4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
-
8 hours shifts, specific schedule assigned during training

Overtime often available
-
$0.75/hr bonus is paid for shift hours after 7pm on weekdays, $4/hr bonus paid for Saturday shifts, and $5/hr bonus paid for Sunday shifts
Qualifications:

Experience and the responsibility of working with customers
