The Oak Barrel is seeking a motivated Kitchen Manager to join our talented kitchen team. In this position, you will act as one of the commands in our kitchen, following and enforcing our Executive Chef’s requirements and guidelines.
Qualifications
· Previous restaurant experience and food knowledge
· Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
· Knowledge of restaurant regulations
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· Maintains clear, honest, and respectful communication with leaders, team members and guests
· Team oriented, dependable, adaptable, and strong sense of focused urgency
· Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting 40lbs
