Surgery Center in the Canton area looking for a Front Office Manager who is energetic, organized and motivated to provide exceptional patient care.
Front Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including reception, registration and check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and collection of patient payments.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in and patient care processes.
- Resolve patient complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records on a daily basis.
- Monitor and manage patient scheduling in order to maximize volume.
- Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medical office.
- Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and EMR workflow.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Knowledge of patient surgery scheduling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm
