Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies and materials.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work schedules and prioritize projects.
Knowledge and utilization of Bosch Diagnostics Software and Accessories.
Inspecting automobiles, trucks, and related equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
Performance of repair work on gasoline and diesel-powered engines such as automobiles, trucks, tractors and equipment and other automotive and mechanical equipment at the shop.
Inspecting, adjusting, and replacing necessary units and related parts including valves, hoses, belts and alternators.
Repairing cooling, fuel, electrical, and exhaust systems; tune engines using standard testing equipment.
Diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic systems. Performance of preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including lubrication and oil changes.
Knowledge in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing vehicles, equipment, and components.
Inspect trucks, tractors, and equipment to locate mechanical defects, to diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems and to determine corrective procedures.
Air Brakes.
Strong understanding of Electrical Diagrams and Electrical Troubleshooting.
Clean and maintain the work area and equipment. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS (Company to provide welders, torch, grinder, and some other tools).
Must have a valid driver’s license.
