Job Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their needs and promote retention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication
- Analyze customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience
Perfered Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
