Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for mathematics classes.
- Provide instruction to students on various mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance.
- Use research-based teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teachers and education administration to develop curriculum and improve instructional practices.
- Provide mentoring and support to students, including guidance on academic and personal development.
- Utilize library services and resources to enhance student learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs.
- Conduct scientific research in the field of mathematics education.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Provide tutoring or additional support to students who require extra assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license in Mathematics Education preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Experience with research methodologies in the field of mathematics education is a plus.
