We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive client experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Check-In: Warmly greet clients upon arrival. Check clients in for their appointments. Ensure clients complete any necessary paperwork.
Appointment Scheduling: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly. Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system. Manage appointment calendars for estheticians, hairstylists, and massage therapists.
Client Assistance: Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions. Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
Payment Processing: Process payments, including cash, credit card, and gift card transactions. Maintain accurate records of transactions.
Administrative Duties: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Keep client records and appointment schedules up to date. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Communication: Liaise with estheticians, hairstylists, and massage therapists to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate any client preferences or special requests to the appropriate service provider.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Foster a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. Promote and sell beauty bar products and services.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer systems and booking software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor.
