Job Title: Call Center Agent
Start Date: July 15th
Pay Rate: $15/hour (Paid Weekly!) plus incentive pay
Location: Onsite in El Paso, TX
Schedule Availability:
- Hours of Operations: Our call center is open from 6AM to 8PM, 7 days a week! Please see shift availability below:
- Must be flexible to work weekends.
- Training hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmaceutical medical claims
- Follow-up on pending request for authorizations, referrals and scheduling.
- Work with customers to help answer questions regarding prescriptions
- Understanding and interpreting insurance explanation of benefits
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and Company records, account numbers, or any other verbal or recorded transactions as required through compliance
Key Competencies:
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, presentation and communication skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be computer literate and able to navigate on-line portals
- Ability to type 25 WPM
- High School diploma and background check required
