We are a food specialty store specializes in creating a unique market shopping experience. We sell nuts, dried fruits, chocolates, spices, beans, candies, coffee, granola, olives, sandwiches and more.

This individual will be responsible for management and executing strategies to increase business growth online, brand awareness, drive revenue and produce exceptional campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-going maintenance of the site to ensure content, product merchandising and inventory is up to date
- Manage any trouble shooting and website errors
- Manage ecommerce strategy to drive brand salience, grow market share and revenue in long- and short-term
- Grow Nuts Factory awareness, site traffic and content syndication
- Apply writing strategies for the digital world, integrating SEO best practices into all web content and optimizing all copy to maximize organic search results
- Monitor and analyze product sales and rankings
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments
- Create and implement compelling marketing content (for website and media channels)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven working experience in e-commerce, marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Knowledge on business management, online site merchandising, product management.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels, web development, SEO and CRM.
- Advanced business acumen and analytical skills, ability to control financial metrics required to achieve profit objectives
- Advanced computer skills

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
