Care 4 You Senior Services is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team!
Care 4 You Senior Services is a provider of Hospice and Home Healthcare located in Houston, Texas. We are a local family operated organization; we serve our patients by bringing committed healthcare professionals that provide care in the comfort of their home.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Skills:
- Proficient in ICD-9 coding for accurate medical documentation.
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine to provide compassionate end-of-life care
- Ability to catheterize patients for urinary catheterization procedures
- Skilled in taking vital signs and monitoring patient health status
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide specialized care
- Familiarity with family planning methods and counseling services
- Competent in providing nutritional support and managing alimentation needs
- Ability to administer tube feeding for patients who require enteral nutrition support
