Bagnall & Bagnall is currently looking for an organized File Clerk to add to our small team. You will organize paperwork according to our filing system. You will be expected to retrieve files when needed, update files as well as make them easily accessible.
A file clerk must be organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers and detail oriented.
Description:
- Print documents.
- Sort documents by name and file with relevant folder.
- Update document spread sheet.
- Store files in designated places securing the documents.
- Follow policies and confidentiality of data and information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as file clerk prefer, not required
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
- Good command of English oral and written.
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- High School Diploma / College Student
Part-time position with potential to progress to full time.
Starting Salary: $13.00 and increase of pay with additional responsibilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
