Capano Management is seeking a Hotel Senior Maintenance Tech to Identify and make Repairs as needed, oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance department and staff, ensuring all equipment, buildings, and property are maintained in proper condition. This is a working Supervisor position and requires a candidate to perform maintenance work at the facility and oversee maintenance staff in addition to additional duties outlined
Role and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to maintain the property, including offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment.
· Manage the Hotels physical operations, including HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and electrical systems, and all other Hotel Utilities using either in-house labor or outside vendors.
· Communicate with staff and managers and Hotel Guests to address maintenance needs promptly.
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels, authorizing purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
· Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed, and any discrepancies are corrected to comply with safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Supervise and assist staff in the maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and property as needed.
· Maintain thorough knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance skills.
· Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop maintenance staff, managing schedules and workflow.
· Assign duties and monitor the quality of work, ensuring staff adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
· Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates, actively promoting and recognizing performance.
· Stay updated on overall team activities, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
· Three to five years of related experience or equivalent.
· Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance skills.
