We are currently looking for a DME experienced Intake Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating all the intake process, entering clients referred to the Company for equipment care, ensuring all client orders are processed in a timely manner, processing all paperwork to facilitate the billing and shipping process. Heavy phones, Assist with walk-ins, Instruct patients on how to utilize DME equipment. Knowledgeable with all Insurances, run and understand patients eligibility is a MUST. Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Update customer information in Brightree database during and after each call. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers. Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
