Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Input and maintain customer information in the database accurately
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
- Knowledge of sales principles is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
