Job Overview
Renewal by Andersen is looking for experienced Sales Associates for Door-to-Door Canvassing. Our Sales Associates work directly with our Design Consultants to help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused consultative selling experience.
As a Sales Associate, your success is measured by your ability to build rapport with customers and deliver a superior homeowner experience and your drive for top results. You will be responsible for coordinating in-home consultations for homeowners to meet with design consultants, answer customer questions, and explain products and services (including product features and benefits), all of which contribute to the rewarding nature of this role.
Ideal individuals are persuasive, honest, and professional. They are excellent communicators who can build trust and establish quality customer relationships. They can adapt to different environments and are energized by interacting with others. This position will be an excellent fit if you want to expand your skills and further your sales career. This lucrative opportunity comes with paid training & excellent opportunities for earning potential and growth. Positions are 1099 and 100% commission-based for qualifying appointments. Potential target earning of $1000 to $3000 weekly, with uncapped commissions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable vehicle to commute to assigned work locations (must have current auto insurance and pass an MVR check).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable smartphone/data plan.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Clear background check.
- Previous Canvassing/neighborhood marketing experience (preferred).
- Previous Sales and Marketing experience (required).
- Ability to communicate precisely and accurately both verbally and in writing.
