What we're looking for:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the setup of customer marketing platforms (Google Ads, Tag, Search, Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Dataset, Ads Manager, etc) programming of ad campaigns, and analysis of how the ads are performing. They will be working together closely with our creative team and project manager to ensure that ads are performing to their best potential and that we're delivering the best results possible for our customers.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our client's digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients across Google marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and Amazon Advertising.
- Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance and effectiveness of campaigns, providing timely insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget allocations to achieve client goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising, particularly in Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and Amazon Advertising.
- Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data, adjusting bids, ad creatives, targeting criteria, and other factors to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis to clients, demonstrating campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to digital advertising efforts, supporting SEO strategies when required.
The right person for this role will have a bare minimum of 2 years of experience managing ads in a variety of industries with a proven track record of success. They would classify themselves as either extremely strong in this area, or potentially at the expert level.
This will start as a part-time position (apx 20-30 per week), and should grow to full time quickly. Someone with more experience in SEO may be full-time right away.
