Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in a dynamic work environment.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Support office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and office protocols
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is advantageous
