The Role: This position offers the freedom to shape your sales approach and client engagement strategies. We are looking for someone who can use existing skills and experience for untapped markets and quickly build commission income to six figures. With a substantial list of existing leads, you will not be starting from scratch but rather enhancing relationships and expanding our market presence. This contract role is perfect for those looking for a significant, flexible opportunity to enhance their career without a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized sales strategies leveraging our technology platforms to effectively find and nurture leads.
- Use CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Engage in cold outreach through emails and other communication methods to generate new leads, as well as follow up on warm leads from previous campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maximizing the use of existing leads and identifying new opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and use insights to gain a competitive edge.
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients through trustworthy and personable interactions.
- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience in key areas such as construction, electrical, oil & gas, and plumbing is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to read engineering drawing and general comfort discussing technical aspects of manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage oneself independently, prioritize tasks, and handle the autonomy provided by a flexible schedule.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming obstacles and rejections.
Compensation:
- This role is primarily commission-based, providing a competitive earning potential based on performance.
- A month-to-month stipend of $1500-$2500 may be available, dependent on discussions during the hiring process.
