We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. We need someone with previous experience in the environmental/construction or staffing industries who is proactive and driven to help us continue delivering exceptional staffing solutions to our clients.
This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide exceptional staffing solutions, ensuring our clients can efficiently complete their projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a geographic territory of prospects, closing new business, and growing existing client accounts. The Sales Representative will be working hand in hand with his/her designated recruiter to ensure any new order is fulfilled by the recruiter.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Create and grow sales
- maintain and exceed sales goals set by VP of Growth.
- Communicate detailed client needs + job orders to the recruiting team.
- Generate sales leads and prospects.
- Educate prospects and clients about CRM's approach to staffing projects with a skilled, reliable and licensed workforce.
2. Build Client Relationships
- Use staffing and overall environmental/construction knowledge to bring staffing insights to both prospects and clients.
- Build relationships and gain introductions to key decision makers inside named accounts.
- Create initial orders and keep clients actively using CRM's workforce.
3. Sales Process Management
- Leverage current technology (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Zenople, Slack, Teams, Sharefile) and follow existing processes in place.
- Deliver key pricing + proposals within customers' organizations.
- Communicate effectively with the CRM Recruiting team to manage client expectations on upcoming projects including job order requirements, pricing/budget, travel accommodations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting on a weekly basis

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
