Assistant General Manager
Located in historic Concord’s West Concord Village, Concord Restaurant Group, LLC. is looking for a seasoned AGM to join their growing team. Owned and operated by Kristin Canty, Woods Hill, Woods Hill Table and Adelita are a culmination of her and Chef Charlie Foster’s passions: food, family farms, and sustainable sourcing.
Qualified candidates should be hardworking, team-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills. They should place a high value on respect for others while also having a strong work ethic, desire to learn and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work under the direction of the Ownership and General Manager to manage daily operations of an upscale dining experience.
- Demonstrate positivity, enthusiasm, warmth, and commitment to hospitality.
- Display commitment to volume-oriented operation while maintaining proper service etiquette and high service standards.
- Develop initiatives to create and foster repeat guests.
- Fulfill both restaurant opening and closing shifts as a Manager.
- Display creative and thoughtful strategies to recover from any negative guest experiences.
- A lead-by-example mentality to inspire all FOH staff.
- Provide all relevant training materials to new employees and outline training needs for all FOH positions.
- Build weekly work schedules for all FOH staff..
- Work in conjunction with the private event team to oversee the execution of a variety of events.
- Produce educational materials to be used during daily pre-service meetings to further develop the staff’s knowledge of the products the restaurant has to offer.
- Ability to use excel, Toast, and Resy
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
