Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management techniques and strategies
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to drive across front range (Fountain, Widefield, Monument, etc.)
***Driving and phone stipend included in bi-weekly pay period.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
