About the Role:
Leads a 12-hour shift of hourly team members providing support in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and engagement through TMOS cadences and tools in a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible for the set-up of materials, equipment, machine operation and packaging of WIP and finished goods for delivery to the warehouses. Foster and promote continuous improvement and a positive work environment.
· Communicate company policies to hourly team members and train them in standard work practices and procedures for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
· Interpret specifications and job orders to employees and assign duties based upon work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
· In conjunction with HR and management, provide performance management (this includes, appraisal/performance evaluation, coaching and counseling, conflict resolution, corrective action and training programs for assigned team members.
· Maintain Kronos (time keeping) for all hourly employees, and production records and accurately complete all reports as required by the Company.
Important Details: This job requires supervision of 15-20 employees. This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
About You:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Desire to learn and willingness to accept responsibility.
· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferably food manufacturing.
· Previous supervisory experience desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
