Who/What Are We Looking For?
As a Contracts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the contracts department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Efficiently handle the processing of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

Interact with customers to provide assistance and address inquiries related to contracts, ensuring a positive and professional experience

Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration

Provide general administrative support to the contracts department
Qualifications
To be a successful member of our team, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education

Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction

A knack for identifying customer needs and effectively communicating

Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability

A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues

Proficiency in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously

A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy when responding to customer needs
Compensation:

$17 – 20 an hour, based on experience

Paid hourly/weekly
Office Hours:

Monday through Friday

7am – 5pm
