Red Branch Outdoor Living is a construction company and leader in the market of outdoor living. We design and build unique projects such as pools, patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, pavilion, fire features and more!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Consultant serves as the key contact for potential clients throughout the design and proposal process. They are responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients for repeat business, and leading the design/proposal process for clients to ensure their visions and ideas are accurately represented. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, knowledge in construction, and keen design sensibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Prospecting and Relationship Management
- Prospect and network to generate new leads.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Prequalify potential clients to ensure project feasibility.
Sales and Design Consultation
- Conduct both on-site and virtual sales meetings with potential clients.
- Act as a liaison between the client and our design team.
- Assist in creative design development.
- Ensure that the client's vision is accurately captured in design drafts and proposals.
- Prepare detailed, accurate proposals tailored to each client's needs.
- Oversee and manage client agreement documents.
- Help potential clients move forward with their projects.
- Sell projects at or above company set GP Margin %
Coordination and Collaboration
- Collaborate with the design team to produce inspiration pages and model drawings based on client input.
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Project kick-off meetings with the production team to relay information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in the residential construction industry.
- Proven track record in sales or business development roles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design and construction concepts clearly.
- Highly competent and demonstrated sales skills.
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in relevant tools and software including CRM, Estimating Software, and Google Suite.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Motivated, competitive, and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Resilient follow-up and excellent communication skills.

- Base Salary Paid Weekly
