We are looking to hire people that want to work and move up through the various positions within this job, including Crew Lead, Foreman, and Project Manager. We have immediate openings for experienced crew leaders and general helpers.

This job is in a labor-intensive construction environment that focuses on quality with consistent processes and workflow. Each member of our crew, no matter the role, is extremely important. Our office staff acts as a support system for each crew member and is always here to help. Our crews travel for 6 to 8 weeks at a time and receive 1 week off after each run. While on the road our crews stay in Airbnb's and hotels. This position is a construction labor trade with technical aspects that must be mastered in order to excel. In this role, you will be operating equipment, hand grinders, and polishing equipment as well as using various chemicals to produce beautiful results. On-the-job training is provided for all new employees in order to ensure safe operations and familiarity with all polishing-related equipment and maintenance. Our training provides you with the ability to hit the ground running and excel as a successful crew member. We provide a clear line for promotions and growth within the company beginning from any role.

Compensation:
Crew member $70,000-$80,000 Per year

Essential Functions:
* MUST be able to travel for 6-8 weeks at a time
* Pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs.
* Ability to stand and walk for a full 10-12 hour day
* Able to work overnight when needed
* Basic electric and mechanical skills are a plus
* Maintain all equipment up to standard
* Able to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly
* Good communication skills
* OSHA 10 card is a plus
Working conditions:
