MUJI seeks to add a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, to the Customer Service team working in our NYC Support Office location. If your experience and/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you!
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Associate is to provide excellent customer service to MUJI customers. Customer Service Associates are integral in supporting our stores for the e-commerce shopping experience. Staff must be proactive and excel in a multi-tasking environment which is constantly changing. Staff should be eager to learn as MUJI carries over 7000 products. Ideal customer service associates will be well versed in MUJI's philosophy and possess a love for its products.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Initiate and maintain tickets on the Zendesk or Gorgias platform
- Provide best in class customer service
- Make product or service recommendations
- Assist customers via email and phone
- Help achieve team goals while meeting personal quotas
Job Description:
- As a Part-Time Customer Service associate, you will provide exceptional customer service via email and phone. Using your product knowledge, you will answer various questions about items and services and help navigate order issues.
- Searching through the appropriate systems, you will track orders, check inventory, and manage customer accounts, all while being a friendly customer advocate.
- Staff will be expected to communicate and collaborate with different departments to resolve issues/ answer questions.
Hours preference:
8-hour shifts, 3 days per week, including 1 weekend day if needed
