Job description
· We are hiring for a Telecommunications program within our Charlotte Call Center.
· We are hiring Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and calls to assist customers with technical support issues on their mobile devices, and/or home internet.
· Candidates should have at least 1 year of technical support experience, working knowledge of basic computer applications, and excellent communication skills.
Job Details:
· Pay starts at $18/hr. plus performance bonuses.
- Onboarding Dates: July 10, 2024
- Training Starts: July 15, 2024
· ONSITE POSITIONS ONLY
· Must be able to work nights and weekends and live within driving distance of our Charlotte location.

Requirements
· 1+ years of customer service experience required.
- Call Center Experience required
· Must have at least 1 year of technical support experience with mobile phones/home internet service experience
· Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute.
· Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes or procedures.
Education Required
· HS Diploma or GED/equivalent.
