What We Need
We are looking for a sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a consultative type sales background and know how to develop warm leads into customers.
As an inside Salesperson, you will be taking calls and inquiries from new customers and existing customers, marketing to existing customers and calling on high potential customers. Our customers include contractors, large retailers, institutions, government and small, medium and large businesses of all kinds.

What You Provide
- Helping prospects and customers as if they were one of your parents. Sometimes that means recommending them to another company
- Effective listening, questioning, follow-up and asking for the order
- Tracking all customer communication in CRM system
- Writing up orders and following up with customers after delivery
- Occasionally visiting customers and prospects in the field
- Be a strong team player for all others at the branch, which also includes scheduling deliveries, helping other salespeople and helping with customer service calls
What You Need
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Word and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
