Role Summary
Security officers of Sun City Security are the eyes and ears of our clients. We observe and report all activity that protects people, property, and information. Security officers follow specific post orders and take proper action when emergencies or critical incidents arise.
Flex officers assist the workforce by filling any weekly openings/shifts due to labor shortages. Flex officers work with a changing schedule every week and we work within your hours and days of availability. You may be placed at a permanent site with a desired schedule if offered.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Private Security Level II Certification
General Responsibilities
- Observe and report incidents or safety hazards through the proper channels
- Deter illegal or suspicious activity through mobile patrols and presence
- Document all activity and inactivity for review by admin, contracted clients, or law enforcement
- Control and/or monitor access of people, vehicles and materials entering and exiting site
- Respond to emergencies, critical incidents or unexpected events following SOPs
- Protect people, property and information following post orders

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
