We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Document Control Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all internal work order documentation related to our procedures and processes. The Quality Document Control Clerk will also be responsible assisting all Hollingsworth sites with document reviews, approvals, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Document Control Clerk:
- Maintain and organize all quality and regulatory documents, including specifications, procedures, work instructions, and records
- Establish and maintain document control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate document reviews and approvals according to established procedures
- Distribute controlled copies of documents to relevant departments and personnel
- Monitor document changes and revisions, ensuring proper version control and archival of obsolete documents
- Provide support during internal and external audits by retrieving and presenting controlled documents as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of document control processes and systems
- Work with all departments and sites to ensure work instructions are up to date and correct
Qualifications - Document Contol Clerk:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in document control, quality assurance, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems and document control processes
- Proficiency in using document management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be a leader, educator, and team player.
- Knowledge of ISO-9001 or certification is a plus
