Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office operations for HOA and rental properties, provide administrative support. Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Duties:
- Perform general office duties, data entry, providing information - Client communication, providing excellent customer support
- Problem solving, researching accounts
- Basic entry level bookkeeping
Qualifications:
- Excellent communicator with customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills with basic math ability
- Detailed, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Self motivated, reliable, team player, willing to learn - Knowledge of Microsoft office and Appfolio a plus
