PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As a Corporate Director reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead our corporate marketing efforts at IEM. This pivotal role involves managing a corporate marketing team, setting campaign goals and timelines, developing and enhancing corporate market strategies, and utilizing creative PR strategies to build strong relationships with stakeholders and media.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and manage a corporate marketing team, setting clear goals and timelines for campaigns and individual team members.
- Develop, evolve, and improve the corporate market strategy and campaigns to align with business objectives.
- Utilize creative PR strategies to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and media outlets.
- Manage the budget for the marketing department, forecasting upcoming budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee both external and internal marketing campaigns to maximize impact and reach.
- Maintain responsibility for ensuring internal and external marketing is published on a regular interval, is planned in advance and clearly defined calendar release dates are kept
- Manage team members across multiple physical and remote locations across North America, ensuring cohesion and effective collaboration.
- Attend executive staff meetings to gain insights into internal business operations and inform external marketing strategies accordingly.
- Interact and coordinate with other departments (Human Resources, Training & Development, EH&S, etc.) to ensure corporate communications (both internal and external) capture the messaging of the business
- Evaluate and manage initiatives with outside marketing consulting firms as necessary to enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop long term plan for the structure of the marketing team, define roles of current team members, develop and define roles for future team members
- Evaluate potential candidates and hire for roles developed as part of marketing team expansion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
