Job Title: Ecommerce Fulfillment Coordinator – Company Store (E-Store)

What You Will Do

The Ecommerce Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting all components involved in Company Store ecommerce fulfillment. This includes but is not limited to picking/packing ecommerce orders and all aspects of inventory management (checking in orders/stocking).
Job Responsibilities

Support all ecommerce fulfillment operations – including but not limited to picking and packing customer orders while complying with company policies and procedures

Ensure customer orders are picked efficiently and accurately meeting fulfillment pacing and daily quota requirements

Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards using UPS system while maintaining shipping documents

Participate in daily inventory management tasks – including but not limited to receiving shipments/pallets promptly and stocking/re-stocking maintaining inventory levels from L’Oreal divisions

Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures within shipping and pick/pack areas

Assist ecommerce management with accurate monthly records regarding damages, inventory adjustments, etc. and participation in yearly physical inventory procedure

Responsible for adhering to the L’Oreal Company policies and procedure

Special projects as assigned
Job Requirements

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software

1-2 years of ecommerce fulfillment experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Regular lifting of up-to 40 lbs. required, with regular squatting, kneeling, bending, and extended periods on your feet

Willing to work a flexible schedule, including extended business hours when needed – Saturdays
-
Travel out of state may be required for training meeting

Salary Range: $20 - $25hr (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
