Industry leading folding carton packaging company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of Customer Service / Project Management professionals. You will be trained to act as a Project Manager and liaison between our Customers, Outside Sales and Production. You will work with our Outside Sales Executives and our Customers in every facet of account maintenance and coordination from concept development to final delivery. This position requires strong relationship building skills and includes gathering critical project information, specifications, approvals and other relevant materials to ensure that every project is manufactured and delivered to our Customers’ expectations and requirements.
The following skills are key requirements for this high visibility position:
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Excel
- Above average organizational and communication skills
- Manage, prioritize and expedite multiple projects simultaneously to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience in Graphic Arts, Printing, Packaging or other custom product manufacturing is a plus
- Prior customer service experience in a fast paced environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
