The General Manager is the chief operating officer of their hotel, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of all hotel operations. This role is pivotal in fostering the culture of LOGIK Management, which emphasizes exceptional guest service, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Serve as the primary visionary and strategic leader for the hotel, ensuring alignment with LOGIK's mission, values, and objectives.
- Drive the hotel's financial performance through strategic planning, revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
Team Management and Development:
- Oversee the Facilities Manager and Guest Services Manager, ensuring collaborative leadership that supports cross-departmental interaction and employee development.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
Guest Experience and Satisfaction:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest services that align with LOGIK's brand standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, addressing feedback with proactive solutions and service recovery when necessary.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality service, and compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal regulations and policies.
- Act as Manager on Duty, providing on-site leadership and decision-making.
Community and Brand Representation:
- Represent the hotel within the community, fostering relationships with local businesses, organizations, and guests.
- Uphold the hotel's reputation and brand promise, ensuring a consistent and exceptional image is presented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
