As the “right hand” of the Director of Operations, you’ll work across Operations, Human Resources & Recruiting, Finance & Accounting, and Information Security. You’ll help create, manage, and improve administrative processes that scale, and become an Atlanta office anchor for our growing hybrid team. As an ambassador for Rocket culture, you value hospitality and can anticipate and be responsive to the needs of both our employees and clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Office and facility management for our Atlanta headquarters, acting as the first point of contact for all office-related inquiries

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order

Assist with HR duties such as onboarding and off boarding employees, maintaining HR records, and coordinating employee benefits

Act as the main point of contact for vendor, contractor, and tool management

Provide support to the Accounting team by coordinating expense approval, payroll processing, invoicing and billing, and financial documents

Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal business requirements and tax administration

Document and maintain Operational processes & procedures

Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs

Assist with Information Security Office projects and tasks

Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, including sensitive HR and financial data, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

High School diploma
-
2+ years proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced, administrative role

Proficiency in G-suite products (Google Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets) and ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Kindness, patience, clear communication and a 100% lean-in attitude under pressure are always required

Ability to be onsite at our Buckhead office 5 days per week

Experience in a high-growth technology company or professional services consulting environment

Bachelor’s degree

Facilities and events management experience

Project Management /HR Generalist experience

Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus

Basic understanding of accounting principles
