The All-Movie Hotel is the latest addition to The Family Coppola Hideaways which include hotels and resorts in Belize, Argentina, Guatemala, Italy. Each hideaway is known for reflecting local culture and nature and have been personally curated and crafted by Francis Ford Coppola and his family. Quality, authenticity, and pleasure are the pillars of the Coppola businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence.
2. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to potential security risks.
3. Control access to the hotel by ensuring that all doors are properly secured and monitored.
4. Respond promptly to calls for assistance or emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or disturbances.
5. Escort guests and employees to parking areas during late-night hours.
6. Conduct thorough investigations into any suspicious activities or persons on hotel property.
7. Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or breaches of security to the appropriate departments.
8. Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
9. Give access to rooms to guest’s during night check in.
10. Assist Guest proving access to their room if they have problems locating their keys.

Job Requirements:
Education/Experience: high school diploma or equivalent; or up to three years related experience, valid GA Driver’s license.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience in a security-related role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong observational and surveillance skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security a plus.
