Regal Behavior Solutions is an ABA (applied behavior analysis) agency. We provide behavior therapy to individuals age 3 to adulthood who are diagnosed with autism or other diagnoses. Teaching them new skills and behaviors and help reduce maladaptive behaviors.
Behavior Analyst
Behavioral Analysts provide school, home, and community-based therapy support services. Children and adults with developmental disabilities are the primary population supported by the Behavioral Analyst. The Behavioral Analyst provides an assessment for the consumer along with the development of a plan of care and insures the implementation of the plan. The Behavioral Analyst collaborates with the consumer’s team and assists with the development of intervention strategies that assist the consumer with attaining his/her outcome(s).
Responsibilities and Expectations
- ● Functional Assessments (due 30 days from receipt)
- Development of Behavior Support Plans
- Providing services in a timely manner (within 30 days) and only upon the receipt of Services Authorization
- Complete Service Requests
- Implementation of the Behavior Support Plan
- Complete Service Summary of services for each visit (Daily note log)
- Monthly Progress Summary (graphs and notes) to case manager and consumer’s provider if applicable, and send to Admin monthly for record keeping
- Active member of the consumer’s collaboration team– when applicable
- Attendance at consumer’s external meetings when requested
- Regular correspondences with parents when applicable.
- Coordinate appointments for service delivery with parents/client
- Submit billing on time along with case notes
- Train and provide supervision for Behavior Support Professionals and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Any other responsibilities assigned by their supervisor
