**Job Overview**
We are seeking an energetic and proven leader to join our company in the role of Head of Product Development. This position is a key member of our leadership team and will be responsible for the strategic leadership and development of world class solutions for the health and human services industry.
**Qualifications and Ideal Characteristics**

- Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
At a minimum, to be considered for this role, a candidate must have the following:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in delivery, implementation and configuration of healthcare technology solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams.
Preferred Education:
- A bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- MBA or advanced education in management, or Healthcare Administration.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide Strategic Leadership to the product development team in the creation and refinement of high-quality, innovative products that align with our company’s vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with Executive and Leadership Team in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
- Define market opportunities and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.
- Create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps and specifics of product requirements.
- Establish objectives to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure that products are developed in compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain IT governance processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
